Jaroslaw Domaradzki is a full professor at the Faculty of Electronics, Photonics, and Microsystems at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. He received his MSc Eng degree in 1999, PhD in 2004 and DSc degree in 2011. The title of full professor he received in 2020. His research interest is focused on technology and diagnostics of the electrical and optical properties of thin films. His most important scientific achievements are research that led to the development of methods for the modification and functionalization of thin-film coatings based on transparent oxide semiconductors. The achievement was preceded by the development of several methods for the electrical and optical characterization of oxide materials, particularly semiconducting and conducting oxides. Manufacturing and investigations of such multifunctional coatings based on metallic and oxide thin films allowed publication of more than 360 articles and 11 granted patents.
Artur Wiatrowski:

- Doctor of Technical Sciences, Department of Electronics Microsystems and Photonics, Wroclaw University of Technology, 2007, thesis title: "Study of vacuum layer deposition processes by pulsed magnetron auto-sputtering",
- Doctoral degree, 2019, for scientific achievement "Innovative control methods for pulsed magnetron sputtering process in application to thin film technologies",
- Current scope of professional activities: design consultations of equipment in the field of vacuum technology, performance of diagnostic measurements of vacuum equipment, diagnostics/examination of measurement and control systems, spectral measurements in the visible radiation range, diagnostics of thin film metallic, resistive, dielectric film deposition processes.
Damian Wojcieszak's area of scientific interest is related to the fabrication and characterization of innovative thin-film coatings. His research concerns the development of new nanocrystalline materials with, among other things, high transparency to light, low resistivity and a number of different functional attributes, which would allow, among other things, the development of so-called transparent electronics. In addition, bioactive coatings for use in electronics and medicine as innovative biomaterials are also a subject of his interest. These are produced by him using PVD methods in the form of single and multilayer coatings. Their potential areas of application include various types of biosensors, touch panels, interactive displays, or wearable surfaces with which many people come into contact.
