Representatives of our Team (mgr inż. Paulina Kapuścik, mgr inż. Ewa Mańkowska, mgr inż Patrycja Pokora) visited the Department of Applied Physics and Semiconductor Spectroscopy of the Brandenburg Technical University Cottbus-Senftenberg. The trip took place within a project funded by the National Academic Exchange Agency for joint research projects between Poland and Germany, "Research on key properties of oxide thin-film semiconductors for gas detection applications".
During the trip, the doctoral students studied the properties of thin-film structures using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Raman microscopy methods.
