On 22-24.03 our Team paid a visit to the Chair of Applied Physics and Semiconductor Spectroscopy at the Brandenburg Technical University in Cottbus-Senftenberg (BTU). The visit was made within the framework of a NAWA-funded project for a joint research project between Poland and Germany, entitled. "Research on key properties of oxide thin-film semiconductors for gas detection applications".
