On 6-10.03 the Division hosted representatives from Chair of Applied Physics and Semiconductor Spectroscopy at the Brandenburg Technical University in Cottbus-Senftenberg (BTU). The visit took place within the framework of a NAWA-funded project for joint research projects between Poland and Germany, entitled. "Research on key properties of oxide thin-film semiconductors for gas detection applications".
