From September 11-15, we participated in a summer school at the Brandenburgische Technische Universität Cottbus-Senftenberg.
The trip was held in part within the framework of a joint research project between PWr and BTU entitled: "esearch on key properties of oxide thin-film semiconductors for gas detection applications.", funded by the budget of the National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA), project number BPN/BDE/2022/1/00014.
During the trip, representatives of the team gave the following lectures:
- prof. Jarosław Domaradzki: “Introduction to physical vapor deposition of thin films”
- DSc. PhD. Artur Wiatrowski: “Principles of thin films deposition using sputtering”
- DSc. PhD. Michal Mazur: "Thin film gas sensors”
- DSc. PhD. Damian Wojcieszak: “Thin film biosensors”.
