The journal Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical recently published a paper authored by members of our team, prepared in collaboration with researchers from the University of Wroclaw and BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg. The publication presents the results of the study of thin-film sensing structures based on cerium oxide, prepared by electron beam evaporation. The described structures demonstrated a high sensor response to low hydrogen concentration, also at near ambient temperature.
