On September 15, 2025, a faculty seminar was held on the procedures for closing the doctoral dissertations of two members of our team.

The first presentation was given by Jędrzej Kowalewski, who completed his thesis on “Methodology of acquisition, processing, and analysis of optical hyperspectral data in industrial, space, mining, and agricultural applications.” The work was carried out as part of the Implementation Doctorate program in cooperation with Scanway. The thesis supervisor is Prof. Jarosław Domaradzki, and the company supervisor is Michał Zięba.

The second presentation concerned the results of the implementation doctorate of Marcin Prządka, which was carried out in cooperation with Food4Future Technologies. The topic of the thesis was “Development of an integrated system for the evaluation of selected parameters in the process of wetting metallic surfaces in the production of biosensors.” The thesis supervisor was Damian Wojcieszak, and the advisor was Katarzyna Pala.
